Tony Lavezzo - 30+ B
President
Hi, I’m Tony Lavezzo your BBMX President.
Motocross has always been one of my biggest passions and I love that I get to share it with my family.
I have been lucky enough to grow up racing with my father beginning in 1995 on a KX60 at the Fernley Sandbox.
In 1999 my father began racing the 40+ class and we traveled Northern Nevada and Northern California going to races.
I continued to race until 2006 as a 250 Intermediate rider but, I took a break to be an adult and start a family.
I came back to racing in 2018 and now race 30+ Intermediate with two boys who race 85cc and 50cc class.
I have come full circle, from going to races with my Dad to being the Dad taking his boys to the races with the support of one of the best Moto-Moms around.
I am excited to be President with BBMX, and a part of creating something special with the Northern Nevada motocross community.
Feel free to contact me, I’d love to hear from our BBMX motocross family.

James Swain- 38+ Master
Vice President
Hi, my name is James Swain I’m am your 2024-2025 Vice President.
I started racing dirt bikes when I was 12 and continued racing for 6 years until I was 18.
I left the sport for a while to focus on other things in life. Now here I am 20 years later, now racing is better then ever getting to enjoy it with my son.
I want to be a part of BBMX to help it better with years to come. I want to keep BBMX growing and thriving.
Motocross is a great sport for kids and adults alike. I love seeing the moto family and community every race weekend. I’m also very excited to be a bigger part of the BBMX community.
Feel free to contact me for anything.

Chris Padgett 38+ B
Co-Referee
When I was younger I used to ride vintage antique bikes around my dad would bring home and we would fix together.. Raced a vintage race or two as a kid but got into riding modern bikes after I moved out at 18.. Raced from 99 to 09 locally and a bit in Cali until I had to hit the pause button a few years after my boys were born who now started to race in 22. I wanted to join BBMX as a ref to keep things calm and fair. I like to see riders progress and stay safe all while having fun and that’s what I am here for.
See you at the races,
Chris Padgett

Christy Hatfield - Moto Mom
Statistician and Social Media Director
Hi, I’m Christy Hatfield, your BBMX Statistician and Social Media Director.
One of the things that I like most about moto is that it acts as a means of fostering camaraderie, discipline, and personal growth, for all ages. It has provided me the opportunity to meet some of the best people in my life, spend quality time with my family, and build endless memories that will last a lifetime.
You can often find me on the sidelines of the tracks either cheering on my two incredible boys or working on capturing their special moments through my camera lens. Photography has become one of my favorite hobbies and has provided me with a unique viewpoint of the ups and downs of this sport!
I am genuinely excited about the opportunity to contribute to the Board this year. I look forward to supporting the growth and development of our local dirt bike community as well as the BBMX organization.
Please feel free to stop by our camp compound anytime to say hello!

Chelsey Nahouraii - Moto Mom
Secretary
Hi, I’m Chelsey Nahouraii, your BBMX Secretary.
My passion with moto started while watching my nephews learn their way around the track. Traveling alongside our family to support them on the sidelines quickly grew into an obsession that has now inspired my own kiddos to love this sport. With the help of the STACYC series in 2023, my twins were able to gain the confidence to start their very first season on their 50s this year. Because of this sport, we have gained the most incredible support system in the families that we have met along the way. Race weekends are and will always be the root of our most cherished memories with family and friends.
I am excited for the opportunity to be a part of the BBMX board, and am looking forward for the rest of this season.
See you all at the races,
Chelsey Nahouraii
